The British Network for Functional Medicine's one-day 2026 conference in London, "Functional Medicine in Metabolic Health," bringing practitioners together for expert talks, discussion and community building.
The British Network for Functional Medicine (BNFM) brings together the UK functional medicine community to support and learn from each other and to build a brighter future for people's health. Its 2026 conference, "Functional Medicine in Metabolic Health," is a one-day event focused on stimulating discussion, learning from subject experts and building community among practitioners.
The program covers demystifying metabolic syndrome, why stress biology determines metabolic repair and resilience, continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) in clinical practice, steatotic liver disease as an emergent phenotype through a systems-biology lens, and moving beyond GLP-1 drugs toward sustainable metabolic health, with a group discussion session and breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks for networking.
The conference takes place on November 7, 2026 (9:00 AM - 5:15 PM) at Etc Venues Monument, 8 Eastcheap, London. It is an in-person event with limited places.
