The Botanica Festival of Plants is an annual weekend gathering held at Three Leaf Farm in Lafayette, Colorado, celebrating the intimate relationship between humans and plants. Attendees immerse themselves in hands-on workshops, plant walks, rituals, and community experiences led by clinical herbalists, ethnobotanists, and earth-based practitioners.
The 2026 festival spans two days with four workshop sessions each day, covering topics including herbal medicine making, ethnobotany, botanical skincare, fermentation, floral design, earth-centered shamanic practices, sacred death and grief work, Jewish ancestral medicine, womb wisdom, and bioregional plant walks. The event also features a seasonal vegetarian lunch buffet by Three Leaf Catering and an Herbal Happy Hour sponsored by The Little Herbal Apothecary.
A Botanical Marketplace showcases herbal apothecaries, plant-based product makers, and artisan vendors. Weekend passes and individual workshop registrations are available; space is limited.
