The experience opens with guided breathwork, Reiki, and crystal intention setting to release tension and clear emotional and energetic clutter, then closes with a private salt cave session known for its restorative and respiratory benefits.
The gathering is designed for anyone feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, as well as beginners curious about breathwork and experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice in a supportive group setting. Space is intentionally limited to keep the group small and intimate.
