The Cold Plunge Research Institute (CPRI) 3rd Annual Symposium is a two-day in-person event held at the Marriott Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel on June 26-27, 2026. For the first time, the symposium is open to the public, giving attendees direct access to the scientists, practitioners, and patients shaping the future of cold plunge therapy.
The event convenes a group of researchers, clinicians, and innovators to address why trillions of dollars in annual U.S. healthcare spending has failed to improve life expectancy — and to share knowledge of chronic illness and the research needed to resolve it. Topics include metabolic health, insulin resistance, naturopathic oncology, glycation, and the therapeutic applications of cold water immersion for mood, cognition, hormonal health, and chronic disease recovery.
Registered guests may also tour the Morozko Production Studio at 7150 W Roosevelt St in west Phoenix, AZ. Ice baths will be provided on-site.
