DONA International's annual virtual conference for birth and postpartum professionals, featuring sessions on doula care, perinatal mental health, and postpartum support.
The DONA International Summit is a birth and postpartum professional virtual conference bringing together doulas, childbirth educators, and perinatal health professionals for keynote and concurrent sessions on topics spanning postpartum care, lactation, obstetric violence, intimate partner violence in the perinatal period, and building sustainable doula practices.
Sessions this year include "The Postpartum Gap: What Medicine Overlooks and How Do We Fix It," "National Trends in Expanding Access to Doula Care," and "More Than Birth Support: What Doulas Need to Know About Lactation Across the Perinatal Journey," alongside concurrent sessions on trauma-informed care, neurodivergent and chronically ill pregnant clients, and building doula practices that expand access.
The summit also includes a 2026 film screening and is held entirely online, making it accessible to birth and postpartum professionals worldwide.
