A two-day festival in Opatija, Croatia bringing together doctors, scientists, athletes and public figures for open panels on longevity, mental and spiritual health, nutrition, anti-age medicine and wellness.
The European Longevity Festival (ELF) brings leading experts, inspiring speakers and industry representatives to the Crystal Hall of the Hotel Kvarner in Opatija, Croatia on November 13-14, 2026. Over two days the festival becomes a meeting point for medicine, science, technology, wellness, sport, nutrition, mental health and lived experience.
ELF is deliberately not a conventional conference. Through open panels and more intimate "Small Talk" conversations, it explores the themes shaping today's understanding of longevity: mental health as a precondition for a long life, spiritual health, lessons from the Blue Zones, weight loss in the age of medicine, anti-age medicine for women and men, sport and fitness, wellness, health tourism, and whether technology or our own feeling should guide our health decisions. The audience is invited into the conversation with questions and differing views.
A special focus falls on the Mediterranean and the Kvarner region, with its tradition of health tourism, local food, climate and nature, and the question of whether Kvarner could become Europe's new longevity zone. The festival also includes an EXPO CORNER showcasing products and solutions from the longevity industry, from health and beauty innovations to wellness technology, plus a "Groovie Night" party. Tickets include one-day passes, a full festival pass and student options.
