Evolution of Psychotherapy 2026 | Dec 7-9, 2026 - Orlando, FL
For over 40 years, Evolution of Psychotherapy has brought together the field's leading psychologists, therapists, and mental health professionals. The 2026 edition runs three days on a single main stage at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort in Orlando, with 18+ CE credits available.
Evolution of Psychotherapy is one of the longest-running gatherings in the mental health field, founded by Jeffrey Zeig, PhD, of the Milton H. Erickson Foundation and now produced by HMP Global. The 2026 conference, themed "Foundations & Futures," pairs the pioneers behind psychotherapy's most influential models with a new generation of clinical innovators.
New for 2026 is a one-track, single-stage format: instead of splitting into breakout rooms, the whole community hears the same sessions over three days. Topics include evidence-based techniques and how AI, integrative mental health, psychedelics, and GLP-1 medications are shaping modern psychotherapy practice.
The conference is designed for psychologists, LCSWs, LPCs, MFTs, counselors, and students and early-career professionals. Attendees can earn 18+ CE credits approved by APA, ASWB, NBCC, and other accrediting bodies. Group discounts are available for 5+ attendees, and an On-Demand pass gives access to session recordings after the event (recordings only, not a live virtual option).
The event takes place December 7-9, 2026 at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort in Orlando, Florida.
Featured speakers: Jeffrey Zeig, William Miller, Lynn Lyons, Elliott Connie, Stephen Gilligan, Julie Anné Zeig, Dustin Weissman, Desirae Ysasi
