The Fall Institute for Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses is a decades-old continuing education conference for advanced practice nurses and mental health professionals, founded in 1979. The 47th Annual Fall Institute takes place October 9-11, 2026 at the Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado.
The conference features local content experts covering evidence-based assessment and treatment methods, including both pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches to psychiatric care. Continuing education contact hours are available through the Colorado Nurses Association, which is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
Held over three days each autumn, the Fall Institute also offers opportunities for networking and relaxation in a beautiful mountain setting, catering to educational topics important to Colorado and its neighboring states.
