The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' flagship event and the world's largest gathering of food and nutrition experts, bringing together RDNs, NDTRs, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders each fall.
FNCE (the Food & Nutrition Conference & Expo) is the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' annual flagship event and the world's largest meeting of food and nutrition professionals. Registered dietitian nutritionists, nutrition and dietetics technicians, researchers, policymakers, health care providers, and industry leaders convene each fall to address the nutrition issues affecting community health.
The conference pairs several days of educational sessions and clinical research presentations with a large expo hall showcasing the latest products, research, and innovations in food and nutrition. With more than 10,000 attendees in a typical year, FNCE is one of the largest professional gatherings in the nutrition and dietetics field.
The 2026 event takes place October 24–27 at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.
