Glow by the Gulf is a full-day coastal wellness and lifestyle event on Fort Myers Beach, with sunrise beach yoga, a fitness boot camp, a wellness vendor village and a sunset sound bowl meditation.
Glow by the Gulf, presented by What's Up FMB, is a full-day celebration of health, fitness, recovery, beauty, longevity and community on Fort Myers Beach. The event brings together local wellness providers, fitness pros and lifestyle brands at the Bay Oaks Recreational Campus.
The day opens with Sunrise Beach Yoga (6:30-7:30 AM) and a Beach Fitness Boot Camp (8:00-9:00 AM), followed by the Wellness Vendor Village and GLOW Lifestyle Market from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with food trucks, 30-minute wellness workshops and fitness pop-ups throughout the day. It closes with a Sunset Beachfront Sound Bowl Meditation (6:00-7:00 PM).
Vendors and workshops cover functional and integrative health, longevity, hydration and recovery therapies, non-invasive wellness technology, preventive health, fitness and rehabilitation, nutrition, mind-body wellness, and beauty and skincare. It is designed for athletes, wellness enthusiasts, people interested in healthy aging, and anyone who wants to look, feel and live better.
