A boutique, two-day hypnosis and personal-transformation experience in Lisbon featuring internationally recognized experts in hypnosis, neuroscience, trauma recovery, and breathwork.
Hypno Summit Portugal is an intimate, boutique gathering (capped at 50 places) where internationally recognized experts make the science of change accessible through inspiring talks, immersive experiences, and meaningful conversations. Topics span anxiety, stress, phobias, relational trauma, body image, self-sabotage, and money mindset, drawing on hypnosis, neuroscience, psychology, and breathwork.
The two-day event runs October 3-4, 2026 at the HF Fenix Lisboa hotel in central Lisbon, and includes lunch, coffee/tea, and networking with speakers and fellow attendees each day. An optional cultural evening is also offered on Saturday, October 3.
