The IABR Breath Summit 2026 brings the International Association of Breath Research to Asia for the first time, uniting breath analysis researchers and clinicians in Tokyo.
The IABR Breath Summit 2026, hosted by the International Association of Breath Research, takes place November 1-5, 2026 in Tokyo, Japan — the first time the summit has been held in Asia. Following the 20th anniversary meeting in Innsbruck, the conference convenes at Hitotsubashi Hall, a premier academic venue in central Tokyo surrounded by cultural landmarks including the Imperial Palace.
The summit brings together researchers, clinicians, and industry partners working in breath analysis and breath research, with sessions covering clinical applications, analytical instrumentation, and emerging science in the field. Tokyo's cultural heritage and vibrant urban life offer attendees opportunities for exploration alongside the scientific program.
