The Inner Child Healing Women's Retreat brings women together in Vermont each autumn for five days of trauma-informed healing led by Gaby Milan and Danielle Pitcher. The program combines nervous system awareness, mindfulness, energetics, Reiki, and clinical hypnotherapy through inner child healing workshops, guided meditations, women's circles, energy healing, sound baths, gentle yoga, journaling, nature walks, and sacred ceremonies, creating a safe, loving space where healing naturally unfolds.
