Integrative Healthcare and Applied Nutrition (IHCAN) Summit | Nov 21, 2026 - London, UK
The IHCAN Summit is a live, in-person, CPD-accredited day of evidence-led education for nutritional therapists and integrative health practitioners, held at 155 Bishopsgate in the City of London and organised by the team behind IHCAN magazine.
The IHCAN Summit returns to London on Saturday 21 November 2026 for a full day of cutting-edge, evidence-based education, practical clinical insight and professional networking. Organised by the team behind IHCAN magazine, the UK's leading monthly magazine for integrative health practitioners, the summit is a must-attend event for registered nutritional therapists, integrative health practitioners and complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) professionals.
Sessions cover some of the fastest-moving areas in clinical practice: the science behind appetite dysregulation in ADHD and autism, a functional workup for sleep and circadian disorders using genetic, hormone and gut testing, "mouth-first" nutrition and the oral microbiome as a lever for blood sugar, inflammation and longevity, neurodivergence and gut-brain regulation in mental health, and medicinal mushrooms, gut microbiota and cancer. Delegates also receive bonus pre-recorded sessions from Allison Siebecker on stubborn SIBO and Dr Nathan Bryan on nitric oxide, cardiovascular health and Alzheimer's.
The day offers 5.5 CPD points/hours (accreditation applied for with BANT, the NNA and the ANP), a large expo of leading UK practitioner brands, a gluten- and dairy-free buffet lunch and refreshments, a goody bag, and audio, video and presentation downloads after the event. It takes place live and in person at 155 Bishopsgate, next to Liverpool Street Station. Association members and students save 10%.
Featured speakers: Sarah Osborne, Adriano dos Santos, Dr James Goolnik, Dr Miguel Toribio-Mateas, Kirsten Chick (compere), Allison Siebecker (recorded), Dr Nathan S. Bryan (recorded)
