The Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine's annual conference, LM26: The Nature of Health - Lifestyle Medicine Pillars in Practice, brings GPs, allied health professionals and researchers to Hobart for three days of evidence-based, practical lifestyle medicine.
Hosted by the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM), LM26 brings together primary healthcare professionals, GPs, medical specialists, allied health practitioners, researchers, educators, students and health system leaders for three days of evidence-based, practical insights into the foundations of lifestyle medicine.
Under the theme "The Nature of Health: Lifestyle Medicine Pillars in Practice," the program focuses on green and blue spaces, social connection and nature-based health interventions, with keynotes, interactive sessions, practical workshops and a Celebration of Excellence dinner. Sessions offer practical tools to support implementation and integration of all six pillars of lifestyle medicine (nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connection and reducing risky substances) into clinical care. A digital Certificate of Attendance is provided for CPD purposes, and session recordings are available to registered attendees afterward.
LM26 is an in-person conference held November 13-15, 2026 at the Hotel Grand Chancellor on the Hobart waterfront in Tasmania, Australia.
