The Mental Health America Conference is the organization's leading national gathering on mental health, drawing clinicians, advocates, policymakers, and people with lived experience for two days of practical strategies, innovative tools, and firsthand stories.
The 2026 theme, "More Good Days, Together," focuses on connecting people to the right support at the right time and recognizing that mental wellness looks different for everyone. Sessions cover innovation in care delivery, whole-health approaches, mental health across the lifespan, and access and workforce transformation.
