The New Hampshire Association of Naturopathic Doctors (NHAND) Annual Conference is the largest annual gathering of licensed integrative practitioners — NDs, MDs, NPs, LAcs, and more — in the Northeast United States. The 25th annual conference takes place November 6–7, 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown, with a full livestream option for those attending remotely.
The conference brings colleagues together in a collaborative, interactive environment to enhance clinical skills, featuring clinicians and leaders from around the country who share cutting-edge clinical pearls, best practices, and practical insights, alongside premier professional-grade vendors. Past programs have offered AANP-approved continuing education credits across general, pharmacology, pain, and addiction categories.
Early-bird registration (through October 1) is $390 for NHAND members, $430 for other state association members, $460 for non-members, and $225 for students, with a one-day option available. A discounted hotel room block is offered at the DoubleTree.
