The UK's Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine Conference returns to London for two CPD/CME-accredited days of expert talks on evidence-based nutrition and all six pillars of lifestyle medicine.
NLMC26 Live, the in-person flagship of the Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine Conference, takes place November 5-6, 2026 (09:15-17:30 each day) at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel and Conference Centre in South Kensington, London. Organised by Plant-Based Health Professionals UK and now in its third year, NLMC has become one of the UK's leading lifestyle medicine conferences, with the theme "Advancing healthcare through lifestyle medicine."
The conference aims to educate and inspire attendees with the knowledge needed to bring all six pillars of lifestyle medicine into clinical practice, covering diet and nutrition, physical activity, sustainability, stress management, health equity and more. It is fully CPD/CME accredited and recognised by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine, so hours count toward IBLM certification and maintenance of certification. It is open to all healthcare professionals and the public; NLMC 2025 drew more than 250 participants.
Tickets include full conference access, refreshments, a two-course plant-based lunch on both days, a Thursday evening social and networking event, and CPD/CME hours. Standard pricing is £300 for the full conference or £175 for a single day, with discounts for PBHP UK members. An exhibition of relevant organisations runs alongside the program.
