Taking place July 25–28, 2026 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland—just outside Washington, DC—the event features over 40 oral sessions and 1,650 poster presentations of unpublished research.
The 2026 programme highlights sessions on AI-powered dietary tools, obesity and GLP-1 therapies, food additive regulation, dietary guidance policy, and global food systems.
