A free community wellness expo at Centennial Hall in London, Ontario, bringing together 60+ mental health professionals and wellness organizations alongside educational presentations from local mental health experts.
The Open Minds Wellness Expo is a free, first-time event co-hosted by LoveYourself Canada and CMHA Thames Valley (Canadian Mental Health Association) at Centennial Hall in London, Ontario. The expo brings together more than 60 mental health care professionals and wellness organizations to showcase the full range of resources and services available to the community.
Alongside the exhibitor floor, the event features presentations by local mental health experts on important educational topics, giving attendees a chance to learn more about mental health and available support. The expo runs Sunday, November 8, 2026, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm and is free and open to the public.
