A one-day holistic wellness expo in Sioux City, Iowa featuring energy healers, Reiki practitioners, wellness vendors, workshops, sound healing and live performers under the theme "Awaken Your Energy."
The 2027 Sioux City Holistic Expo, themed "Awaken Your Energy," takes place Saturday, January 23, 2027 from 10 AM to 5 PM at the Stoney Creek Hotel in Sioux City, Iowa. The expo brings the Siouxland wellness community together around holistic health solutions, natural therapies and mindfulness practices, with a $5 admission fee.
Attendees can explore vendors and practitioners, attend talks and workshops, and experience demonstrations spanning energy healing (Reiki, sound healing, chakra work), spiritual development (intuition training, mediumship, soul alignment), holistic wellness (herbalism, nutrition, somatic practices, breathwork), mind-body practices (meditation, nervous system regulation) and conscious living. Musicians, sound healers and movement artists add live performances throughout the day.
The expo is hosted by Ascension sponsors Rooted in Reiki (founder Vanessa, Reiki Master Teacher, hypnotist and QHHT practitioner) and Source to Soul Reiki (founder Sandy Leach, Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, based in Dakota Dunes, SD). The 2027 speaker lineup is still being finalized.
