An intimate women's retreat focused on healing attachment patterns, overcoming self-sabotage, and building inner security and grounded relationships.
The Secure Woman is a transformational retreat for women ready to heal attachment wounds, break repetitive relationship patterns, and build deep inner security. Facilitated by Dr. Lance Wilson and Jana Wilson at The Healing Barn in Santa Fe, NM, this intimate retreat (limited to 4-7 women) guides participants through a structured emotional healing process addressing anxious attachment, fear of abandonment, emotional unavailability, and self-sabotage.
Each retreat follows a daily rhythm of emotional process work, guided meditation, group circle, somatic practices, and nature immersion. Lodging, meals, and all activities are included; travel to Santa Fe is not. The Healing Barn is nestled on the boundary of the Pecos Wilderness and Sangre de Cristo mountains, twenty minutes from the historic Santa Fe Plaza.
