Sedona red rocks - Valentine Heals Sedona Retreat, January 7-10, 2027

Valentine Heals' Sedona Retreat is a four-day, three-night gathering in Sedona, Arizona, on January 7-10, 2027, built around one idea: making space to hear yourself. The retreat is limited to 50 guests who work in small circles of five, with a mix of group workshops, guided practice, time out among the red rocks and open hours to rest on your own. It is an alcohol-free experience.

The retreat is led by Michael Valentine, founder of Valentine Heals, a spiritual counselor and Reiki Master with about 25 years of meditation and energy-work practice, who guides the group through meditation, breathwork, Reiki and spiritual reflection. Special guest guide Sara Jodoin, author of the memoir Journey Back to Self: Reclaiming the Woman Within, brings guided reflection and her Return to Self Method (Recognize, Embody, Tell the Truth, Unburden, Reclaim, Nurture).

The four days follow a chapter structure: The Arrival (Thursday evening), The Unburdening (Friday), The Reconnection out among the red rocks (Saturday) and The Return (Sunday). The price includes a private room for all three nights at Arabella Hotel Sedona, the confirmed venue, plus retreat meals and all workshops and planned activities; an optional VIP dinner is available as an add-on, and airfare is not included. The team offers a video call before booking for anyone with questions.
