The 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh at Rishikul Yogshala is a Yoga Alliance USA-certified program that qualifies graduates to register as an RYT 200 Certified Yoga Teacher worldwide. This batch runs December 7-30, 2026 as a 23-day residential course covering Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, and Teaching Methodology, with Ayurveda, Mantra, sound healing, and Marma point therapy sessions included in the course fee.
Open to complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike, the course is led by E-RYT certified teachers with 10 to 15+ years of experience, in batches deliberately kept small at 20 to 25 students. The school has run monthly 200-hour trainings continuously since 2010, certifying more than 25,000 students from 80+ countries, and holds Yoga Alliance USA RYS 200 registration, recognition from India's Ministry of AYUSH, and ISO certification.
