One of the longest-running psychedelic education conferences, exploring the science, medicine, policy, business, culture, and spirituality of psychedelics since 2007.
Horizons: Perspectives on Psychedelics is one of the longest-running education and community institutions in the global psychedelic community. Since 2007, this annual New York City gathering has brought together scientists, physicians, policy advocates, entrepreneurs, cultural figures, and practitioners to explore the many dimensions of psychedelics.
The 19th edition takes place October 15-17, 2026 at the New York Academy of Medicine, with a broader community events week spanning October 13-18 across Brooklyn and Manhattan. Topics span psychedelic science and medicine, mental health policy, regulatory developments in Oregon and Colorado, business and entrepreneurship, culture, and spiritual traditions from the Americas and beyond.
Horizons is organized by Horizons Media, Inc., a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational charity dedicated to advancing public understanding of psychedelics and making conferences accessible to a wider audience.
