A global longevity science summit bringing world-renowned researchers and innovators to Madrid's historic Royal National Academy of Medicine to explore the future of human healthspan.
The International Longevity Summit Madrid connects leading longevity scientists, clinicians, and entrepreneurs for two days of talks on the biology of aging, regenerative medicine, and the emerging longevity economy. In 2026 the summit moves to the Real Academia Nacional de Medicina de España (RANM), founded in 1734 and one of Spain's most historic scientific institutions, with King Felipe VI serving as Royal Patron.
The program includes scientific talks, an open call for posters, short talks, and startup pitches, plus optional pre-conference UNESCO World Heritage tours to Toledo, Aranjuez, Ávila, Segovia, and El Escorial, a Welcome VIP Cocktail, and a "Longevity Rave" closing party. Virtual attendance is also available for those unable to travel to Madrid.
Building on nine prior editions, the 2026 speaker roster includes leading names in aging biology and biotech.
