The IMMERSIV Activation is the largest wellness event on Long Island, held at the historic Hempstead House within The Sands Point Preserve in Port Washington, NY.
The one-day immersion (with an optional VIP evening the night before) guides attendees through six experience zones: Reset (sound and light therapy, meditation), Active (HIIT, breathwork, Qi Gong), Optimization (body composition analysis, peptides, sleep optimization), Recovery (compression therapy, PEMF, red light therapy), Contrast (cold plunge and sauna), and Fueling (organic, nutrient-dense meals and functional beverages).
