APTA Utah's 51st Annual Fall Conference offers PT and PTA continuing education across ortho/neuro and pediatric tracks, plus an ethics course, at Utah Valley University.
APTA Utah hosts its 51st Annual Fall Conference at Utah Valley University, offering 12 CEU hours plus a 1-hour ethics course for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants. The two-day event runs Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-3pm, with the ethics presentation held Saturday morning before the main sessions.
The Ortho & Neuro track is led by Adriaan Louw, PT, PhD, covering pain science, movement, and neuroplasticity in modern rehabilitation, including pain neuroscience education, graded exposure, and manual therapy techniques. The Pediatric track is led by Barbara Sargent, PT, PhD, focused on implementing pediatric physical therapy clinical practice guidelines.
The conference also includes local and national exhibitors, an APTA Utah business meeting luncheon on Friday, and research presentations on Saturday.
